  • I love Naam‘s cookbook. Her recipes are delicious, require simple ingredients that are widely available and take minimal effort to cook. The mushroom miso and the thai rice soup both feel like a warm hug when you are on your period, and the cajun cauli steaks taste like a taste explosion in the best possible way. Even though Naam emphasis that her recipes can be cooked during any phase, I find the little commentary in each recipe as to how the particular dish supports your cycle really fun and it excites me to give some extra love to my body for all that it does.

I am Thai-German, queer Cancer (she/her),  and my passion is supporting you to have balanced cycles + period bliss (and say *bye* to period pain, PMS, irregular cycles & Co). Cooking hormone-balancing food & giving pep talks are my love language.
